Second to None are a family run Company first established in October 2000. We provide a service to the local people of St Helens who may require some assistance and support with health, social care and domestic assistance. The Company is registered to care for adults over the age of 18 who may have a variety of needs including physical or sensory needs, also, to individuals with a mental health or learning difficulty, in particular specialising in the care of those individuals with dementia.

Our main aim is to provide a service that will meet the specific needs of each individual enabling them to remain living independently in their own homes with support from community services. The individual and their families will be our central focus and their individual choices will be respected at all times
We recognise that the individual should be encouraged and helped to do what they can for themselves, no matter how small their contribution may be.
